Overview

 

The Supplier Portal features a link to the Knowledge Centre.  This provides links to training and support material and a list of 'Frequently Asked Questions' relevant to the marketplace you trade in.

 

To access the Knowledge Centre at any time when using the system:

 

►Select "Knowledge Centre" from the Page Header drop down list

 

A new browser window will open, similar to this:

You can use this web site to review Live and Recorded Web based training sessions and also review Frequently Asked Questions.

 

►Click close to close the Knowledge Centre window.
